Description
Ingredients: Sugar, buttermilk powder, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, glucose syrup, coconut fat, maltodextrin, flavor, stabilizers (guar gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids esterified with acetic acid, dextrose, milk proteins, starch), salt, color , prebiotic (Fructoligosaccharide).
Application:
Soft ice cream powder used to prepare ready-made ice cream by addition of water.
Instructions for use:
Mix 10 kg of ice cream powder with 20L of cold drinking water, using a whisk or a mixer. Place the mixture in a cool place for 20 minutes, then stir it again and pour it into the ice cream machine's tank, straining through a fine sieve.
Total : 27 L / ready mix per bag.
