INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, raising agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, albumen, vegetable fat (palm oil), barley malt, flavourings, emulsifier: mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, milk soybeans and products thereof.
Dietary advice: Suitable for vegetarians.
Contains artificial flavourings.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, store in an airtight container.
Ready mix store in fridge temperature 2°- 4°.

FOR WAFFLES
1kg Waffle Mix, 1.2L water, 110g butter/whirl
Preparation instructions:
1. Add 1.2L of water to a large mixing bowl
2.Gradually add 1kg of waffle mix and hand whisk
3.Finally add melted butter or whirl and whisk to a smooth paste
4.Let batter stand for 15 minutes before use
5.Recommended baking instruction: 200° for 3 mins
DO NOT USE ANY OIL OR BUTTER PRODUCTS ON WAFFLE IRONS AND PLATES!
FOR PANCAKES
1kg Mix, 900L water, 100g melted butter
Preparation instructions:
1. Take 1kg of Waffle Mix
2.Add 900L of water and 100g of melted butter
3.Whisk until a smooth paste
4.Let batter stand for 15 minutes before use
For a richer taste use 1kg Mix + 800g milk + 3 eggs + 100g melted butter.
